Glenelg Country School is seeking a Business Office Administrative Assistant & Purchasing Agent to join the Business Office team. The Administrative Assistant & Purchasing Agent plays an essential role in several key functions of the office including benefits administration, job postings, onboarding of new employees, cash handling, bank deposits, overseeing purchasing for all divisions, and supporting the CFO when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills; a demonstrated ability to balance competing workloads with grace; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and have the flexibility to evolve with the position duties as projects emerge. Excellent collaboration skills are a must as this position works closely with everyone in the business office and across all departments and divisions. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a must. Experience with implementation of new technologies/software and processes is a plus.
