Health Forms Due

Health forms for the upcoming school year can now be completed. To begin completing your student’s health forms, please go to your child’s Magnus Health profile, and click on the Student Health Tracker. Items that are approved only until August 1, will need to be completed again for the school year. All health forms will be due by August 1, 2023.  Students will not be permitted to begin school on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, without updated health forms.
