Glenelg Country School: Home to the #1 Varsity Girls Lacrosse team in the Nation!

The Glenelg Country School Varsity Girls Lacrosse team made history Friday night by defeating Garrison Forest 17-7. The Dragons started the night celebrating the high school careers of their 11 seniors and finished it by locking up the #1 seed in the IAAM tournament.  The Girls Lacrosse team will enter the A Conference tournament as a #1 seed for the first time in school history. 

Also with the win, the Dragons end the regular season as the #1 ranked High School Girls Lacrosse team in the Country according to Inside Lacrosse and USA Lacrosse Magazine.  The playoff journey begins Friday, as GCS hosts (9) Garrison Forest. Game time is 4:15pm on Field 3.
