Alumni Stories!
Maria has re-established roots in Howard County after living in California for 5 years and then Hampden/Baltimore City for 2 years. When she’s not wrangling her two young kids, and keeping the circus/home life organized, she volunteers at a cat rescue in Mt. Airy and works full time as a residential real estate agent at The Wendy Slaughter Team in Columbia. Maria looks forward to reconnecting with old GCS friends and meeting new ones in the community.

I also did this in three years, since I lost a season due to the pandemic.I am currently a Graduate Student at George Washington University, an Intern at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and a Field Hockey Coach.
