In honor of Glenelg Country School’s 70th birthday, the Alumni Post-Commencement Party is returning to a fan favorite—La Palapa! It’s been eight years since our last celebration there, and we’re excited to bring back the memories as we gather with fellow alumni, faculty, and staff to toast the end of another fantastic school year and welcome the start of summer.

Enjoy all-you-can-eat Mexican cuisine and, with a valid ID, festive drinks like margaritas and beer.

This year, we’re also celebrating a very special milestone—Mrs. Worthington’s retirement. For over 28 years, she has dedicated herself to inspiring and teaching generations of our beloved Dragons. Come raise a glass and help us honor her incredible legacy!

You also have a chance to share your favorite story or memory, or send a heartfelt thank you and best wishes to a beloved educator, mentor, colleague, and friend. All entries will be collected and presented to Mrs. Worthington as a keepsake she can treasure from her time at GCS.
