Seeing a player’s passion and love for the game grow. It has been great to see how far players have developed. Watching how invested they are in improving really brings me joy.

Favorite Sports Moment

Northern Ireland beating England 1–0 in a World Cup qualifier. David Healy scored the winner in the 73rd minute to give Northern Ireland their first win against England in over 30 years.
