What Your Child Will Experience:
Nature Exploration:
- Explore hidden nooks and cozy spots in the forest, observing wildlife and plant life.
- Learn to identify local flora and fauna and understand their roles in the ecosystem.
Creative Projects:
- Use natural materials to create unique art pieces, like leaf prints and twig sculptures.
- Take photographs of the forest and use them as inspiration for storytelling and poetry.
Hands-On Discovery:
- Use “loose parts” like sticks, leaves, and stones to build imaginative structures.
- Engage in sensory activities that explore the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest.
Physical and Mindful Activities:
- Practice yoga and mindfulness exercises outdoors to deepen the connection to the environment.
- Participate in scavenger hunts, nature-inspired games, and team challenges.
