Story Books Come Alive

Entering PreK–Kindergarten

In Story Books Come Alive, campers experience the joy of stepping inside their favorite stories! Each day features a beloved children’s book brought to life through hands-on activities, dramatic play, art projects, sensory exploration, and simple literacy games. Campers will act out characters, build story-themed creations, and connect storytelling to movement, imagination, and creativity. By the end of the week, each child will grow in comprehension, expression, and confidence as they bring the magic of books to life.

Step into the spotlight as a storyteller in this fun and creative camp! Campers will embark on an exciting journey to write, illustrate, and publish their very own book. They’ll draw inspiration from their favorite picture books while learning the secrets of great storytelling — everything from building captivating plots to designing eye-popping illustrations.

As their stories come to life, campers will create stunning book covers and posters to showcase their work. The week wraps up with a special “Book Reading & Signing Event”, where campers proudly read their stories to an audience and sign autographed copies to take home.
