Dragons Give Green 2024:
Dragons Give STEAM
Make our wishlist come true!
Each year, Glens and Elgs compete in the annual tradition of the All-School Relay, and we all come together as Dragons to Give Green in support of our school. This year, it’s Dragons Give STEAM! Help us fund a variety of different projects spanning all divisions, but focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math.
Why STEAM? One of the hallmarks of a GCS education is our integrated approach to learning, where students are encouraged to make connections between ideas and concepts across disciplines and subjects. STEAM, marrying the creativity and collaboration of the Arts to the logic and systems of STEM, helps ensure our Dragons have the technological knowledge and innovative problem-solving skills to succeed in the 21st century.
Check out the available projects below. Click the “Choose This Project” button for more information; you will be taken to a page with details about each project and how to make your gift.
On Wednesday, May 22, follow our GCS Facebook feed for livestreaming of Field Day events and the All-School Relay. The Relay will stream at 2:45 p.m.
A NOTE TO OUR DONORS
For this campaign, we are using a crowdfunding platform, JustGiving, that is already part of our online giving system. There are no additional operating costs to GCS or per-gift charges when making a gift. Every dollar is going directly to the project(s) you select. You also have the option to help us crowdfund and create your own fundraising page. Thank you for your support, and happy giving, Dragons!
